1. What is Openlink Endur?

• Openlink Endur is a leading ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) software used by energy companies, utilities, and financial institutions to manage the full trade lifecycle. It supports trading of power, gas, oil, and environmental products, offering robust capabilities for deal capture, risk management, settlements, and reporting. Endur provides front-to-back integration with configurable workflows and a strong data model.

  2. Understand Basic Endur Application Concepts

  • Deal Capture: Recording trades into the system.

  • Market Data: Maintaining curves, prices, and indexes for valuation.

  • Portfolios: Grouping trades for tracking exposure and P&L.

  • Event Processing: Tracks lifecycle changes like fixings, settlements.

  • Settlement Rules: Defines how and when payments are calculated and processed.

  • Reporting: Generating P&L, risk, and operational reports.

  3. End-to-End Trade Lifecycle (Front, Mid, Back Office)
